    The things every business owner asks before hiring a web designer.

    Do I own my website?
    Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the site, content and photos are yours. If you ever leave, I hand everything over with a written guide.
    What does the monthly care plan cover?
    Hosting, SSL security, daily backups, uptime and speed monitoring, software updates, and up to 30 minutes of small edits each month, like new hours, a new photo or a price change. It scales with your site: $40 a month for Launch, $60 for Signature, and $180 for Custom during the busy first 6 months after launch, then $100 a month to run and maintain it.
    What happens if I cancel?
    Your site is always yours. On a monthly build plan, once the build balance is covered you can leave any time and take the site with you. The care plan runs month to month with no end date and needs 30 days' notice to cancel, which you can give from your Viewing Room. Cancel within 7 days of a care invoice and that invoice is your last, with service through the end of its month. Cancel later and you'll get one final invoice for the following month.
    When are care plan invoices due?
    We're a Net 15 company: each monthly care plan invoice is due within 15 days of the date it's sent, and you can pay by PayPal or any card. A late fee of 5% of the invoice is added for each week (or part of a week) an invoice is past due.
    I'm not technical. How much of my time does this take?
    About two hours in total: a 20-minute call, a review of the mockup, and a final walkthrough. I write the first draft of your content too.
    Can my front desk update the site themselves?
    If you want them to. Hours, specials, menus and listings can be made editable, or just text me and I'll do it.
    Do you handle patient privacy for dental offices?
    Yes. Appointment and new-patient forms go through a HIPAA-compliant form provider, and every site is built to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
